About Elements Elements Product Development, Inc. is an independent contracting service that manages the development of metal injection molded components. Why Elements? We do not manufacture the components in-house, rather we work hand-in-hand with you, the customer, and offer up front value-added services that MIM vendors themselves can not offer. By working directly with the MIM and tooling vendors, we lower the overall cost of development by eliminating vendor markups and incorporating a more competitive quoting process. We make sure your product is designed correctly, the correct tooling choices are made, the best vendors with the right resources for your application are chosen, and the most cost effective product launch is achieved. We manage the project every step of the way from initial product design and approval through cost analysis, material selection, prototyping, tool build, tool qualification, process setup, and release into manufacturing.
